About Me.

Shellie was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. At seven years of age, she begged her mother for a piano so that she could be a rock star when she grew up. Although that dream never came to fruition, she studied piano from age 8 through her undergrad degree and violin in her middle through high school orchestras. As a senior, Shellie joined her HS choir so that she could sing with the Vocal Jazz group, who each had their own microphone. And thus began her journey as a vocalist.

Eventually, she would make her way to graduate study at one of the most prestigious music schools in the country. Classically trained herself, she has also explored and excelled in teaching commercial music- especially musical theatre. In the last several years, Shellie has artistically explored folk singing and can be heard on Wolf & Clover's second album.
